In our demo, we are using the size 1860x970px.

In the Admin Panel -> Go to Storefront -› Home Page Carousel

We have also added some advanced settings to help with the Home Carousel here:

Go to Storefront -> My Themes -> Customize.

In the Theme Editor -> Go to Home Page -> Banner Carousel

Once you are satisfied with the changes, please click Save and Publish to update these changes to your live site.
